STRESS, HEALTH AND NUTRITION.
We all know stress is triggering health problems; form a simple headache to depression. Stress can be controlled, especially before reaching depression, through exercising, mediation, yoga and other methods. Nevertheless, there is something really important to point out: A BALANCE AND GOOD NUTRITION.
We are so addicted to eat what we like and that could be one of the reasons for stress. Why? Because some mills can cause you to be more stressed than others.
We have to remember that our body, the stomach in particular, is a laboratory where chemistry plays a big roll. It is not just an apple or a stake what you are eating, but energy. This energy that your body needs to take from your food is put into chemistry reaction in the stomach. Did you ever wonder why some mills are not properly digested? Why do you feel heavy after eating? Why you feel so tired even after eating “properly’?
It has to be a reason for it. The matter is simple: some combinations of food are not good and they cause an effect that sooner or later you have to feel. Sometimes you could avoid going to the doctor doing one simple thing: eat properly learning how you can combined foods and getting a better diet where you can eat enough nutrients for your body!
